Balloon Number Game

It’s math and number day!

I saw an idea on Pinterest to number balloons, hide them around the house and have the kiddos find them in order. We tried it, but Joe got bored pretty quick and just started banging the balloons together.

After I put him down for a nap, I decided to try it a different way. I took 10 sheets of construction paper, numbered them and taped them to a sheet of brown packing paper we had lying around.

Then I stuck Velcro dots on the balloons and under the number on the paper. I put all of the balloons in a box and handed them one at a time to Joe.

He loved it! We made it through the whole game and he did a great job matching the numbers. This one is a keeper.
