There they are. My two little bombardiers making seed bombs to launch in the swales. This is serious business.
So what are they? Basically, clay, compost, wildflower seeds and a wee bit of water. Just mix and roll into golf ball size bombs or smaller. Then you let them dry in the sun and throw them around. They’ll sprout and grow wherever they land.
This was our long overdue science experiment and the boys had a lot of fun launching them and getting the kitchen floor, table and themselves dirty. Good thing it was cleaning day!
