Mischief Makers: Jingle Jingle Jingle

Nim,

My sides still hurt from laughing about the night you had! Maybe you had a little too much sugar. I didn’t think it was possible for an elf to have too much sugar, but maybe this is a first!

All I did last night was leave snowflakes out for the girls to decorate. It was fun watching them happily use glitter glue and sequins to make dozens of beautiful blue and white sparkling snowflakes.

I know I shouted, sang and screamed it over and over again at check-in, but can I just say again how excited I am that we are 12 days out from the Big Day!?

And…since there are only 12 days left, I decided to make my remaining days here really, REALLY fun.

Starting tonight.

I have a big surprise for the girls. Their mom might not find it as hilarious as I know they will but it definitely won’t be as big a mess as the marshmallow cream in the tub incident.

And, at least I’ll leave the toothpaste and mouthwash alone. I still don’t understand what was so bad about replacing the tube of toothpaste with a tube of peppermint icing.

The first door they pass when they get up is to the bathroom. In order to really grab their attention and make them stop…I taped streamers over the door for them to walk through.

Then I got a bunch of  bows and ribbon and framed the mirror. Oh what a beautiful sight!

I rummaged through their box of markers until I found a red and green “sharpie”, whatever that is, to write my message on the mirror.

“Get your jingle on! 12 more days!”

I also made them necklaces with bells and put their jingle sticks on the sink. Thanks for the idea by the way!

Tomorrow is going to rock! I just wish I could sing to them too.

Jingle, jingle, jingle
You will hear my sleigh bells ring
I am old Kris Kringle
I’m the King of Jingling

It’s almost here!!!

Lil
