On our daily inspection of the gardens today, Joe and I discovered a few new friends.
The watermelon seeds I planted weeks ago have struggled their way through and found the sun.
I planted six pumpkin seeds and two have emerged. Hopefully the others will soon follow suit.
My gorgeous peas just keep getting more beautiful. Soon we will have our first pod!
While watering the tomatoes, I looked at a stack of oak logs we had piled up next to the garden and thought they would make a nice border. I love the effect so much, I think I will do it with all of my beds!
